HOW DOG SAVED A PERSON IN 9/11 ATTACKS AT WORLD TRADE CENTER ?

Roselle was a guide dog for her blind owner, Michael Hingson, who worked on the 78th floor of Tower One of the World Trade Center.

On the morning of September 11, 2001, when the building was struck by a plane, Hingson was in his office with Roselle by his side. Despite the chaos and confusion, Roselle remained calm and focused, guiding Hingson and his colleagues down 78 flights of stairs to safety.

During the descent, Roselle remained calm and focused, guiding Hingson around obstacles and alerting him to changes in their surroundings.

She worked in tandem with Hingson, helping him navigate the stairs while also staying aware of the other people in the stairwell.

Once they made it outside the building, Roselle continued to guide Hingson to safety, even as debris rained down around them.

They eventually made it to a subway station and were able to catch a train out of the area.

Roselle's heroic actions on 9/11 earned her national recognition, and she became a symbol of hope and resilience in the face of tragedy.

She passed away in 2011 at the age of 13, but her legacy lives on as a reminder of the incredible bond between humans and animals, and the courage that can be found in even the most challenging of circumstances.
